1. Oil is not included in the package.
2. Please use the measuring cup included to add water below the Max line.
3. Do not add water while the diffuser is working and do not use warm or hot water.
4. Please use 100% pure water-soluble essential oils for durability.
5. Use cup washing brush clean the water tank and outer cover after using 5-6 times or 2-3 days.
